The website

idanyehuda.com is an informational site describing the consulting services of Idan Yehuda. Its content is provided as is, for general information, and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. Using the contact form does not create a client relationship; any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement.

Internal tools

Applications we host under this domain (for example ControlPanel at cp.idanyehuda.com) are private operations tools for our own business. Access is by invitation only. Anyone granted access agrees to use the tools solely for the purpose they were given access for, to keep their credentials private, and to treat data seen inside the tools as confidential.

Google account access

Where an internal tool asks for access to a Google account (sign-in, or read-only Gmail access for bookkeeping), that access is granted by the account owner, is limited to the scopes shown on the Google consent screen, and can be withdrawn at any time. How that data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the tools, interfere with their operation, or use them to send unsolicited messages.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or the tools. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Israeli law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction.
